Where We Ship

We ship Moonulu sleep patches to all countries within the European Union and the United Kingdom. At this time we do not ship outside these regions. If you have questions about shipping to a particular country or region, please reach out to us before ordering.

Order Processing

Orders are processed and dispatched from our facility in Lithuania within 24–72 hours (1–3 business days) after payment is confirmed. During peak periods or holidays, processing may take slightly longer. If an item is out of stock when you place your order, we will contact you to discuss restock times, and you may choose to wait or receive a refund.

Delivery Timeframes

Delivery times vary depending on your destination. For most EU destinations, orders arrive within approximately 3–7 business days after dispatch. Deliveries to the United Kingdom typically arrive within 5–10 business days. These timeframes are estimates only and may be affected by customs processing (UK only), local postal delays, adverse weather or other external factors.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your country and the size of your order. We sometimes offer free shipping promotions or free delivery for orders over a certain value. Whenever free or discounted shipping is available, it will be clearly indicated at checkout. Otherwise, the shipping fee will appear as part of your order total.

Packaging and Stock Availability

We take care to package all orders securely so your sleep patches arrive in perfect condition. If any product you ordered is temporarily out of stock, we will let you know about the expected delay and give you the option to wait or cancel for a refund.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your package arrives damaged, opened or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us immediately. Provide your order number and, if applicable, photos of the damage. Claims for damaged items should be submitted within seven days of delivery; claims for lost items should be submitted within 10–14 days after the estimated delivery date. We will work with the carrier to arrange a replacement or compensation.

Address Accuracy and Special Requests

Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly when placing an order. We cannot be held responsible for delays or losses resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address. If you realise you made a mistake or if you have any special shipping requests (such as express delivery), contact us as soon as possible — we will do our best to accommodate your request before the order is dispatched.

Important Notes
