These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Moonulu website (dev1.moonulu.com) and your purchase and use of our sleep patch products. All prices are listed in Euros (EUR) by default and include applicable VAT for orders delivered within the EU. Prices may change without notice but will not affect confirmed orders. Payment is due at the time of purchase. We accept major credit and debit cards and other payment methods displayed at checkout. Payment processing is handled by secure third‑party providers; we do not store full card numbers. You are responsible for any bank fees, currency conversion fees or international transaction charges imposed by your financial institution.
Our Shipping Policy (see “Shipping & Delivery”) explains processing times, estimated delivery timeframes and regions served. Risk of loss and title pass to you when we deliver the goods to the carrier. You are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address; we are not liable for delays caused by incorrect addresses, customs (where applicable) or carrier operations.
